The Goal:
The objective was to design a comprehensive corporate platform for a leading transport and heavy machinery company operating across Tuscany. The primary business goal was to streamline a highly technical and diversified service portfolio-ranging from construction crane logistics to delicate agricultural wine and water transport-into a clear, intuitive, and highly professional information architecture that maximizes qualified quote requests.

The Challenge:
The main challenge involved organizing a wide array of distinct services aimed at completely different B2B and B2C targets (construction companies, wineries, farms, and private clients) without confusing the user. From a UX perspective, I had to architect a logical navigation system that highlights a large fleet of specialized vehicles while maintaining a seamless user journey. Additionally, creating clear conversion paths for on-site inspections and tailored pricing requests required balancing informative technical content with frictionless call-to-actions.

The Result
I delivered a high-performing digital platform that acts as a functional operational hub for the company. By restructuring the service catalog into distinct macro-areas, integrating an educational operational blog, and optimizing the dedicated inquiry pathways, the site effectively simplified B2B communication. The final solution successfully increased brand authority, significantly improved lead readability for quotes, and reinforced the company's local market dominance without scattering user attention.
